How to make an order..
Ordering steps:
- Register to get access codes.
- Login to our B2B Shop and place order (e-mail or telephone also available)
- We check the availability of the products and pack your order.
- We will contact you to inform you for the total amount of your order.(For EX WORKS we can include additional shipping cost in our invoice if needed. Also we can help you to find shipping company from Greece to your country)
- Once the customer transfers the prepayment to our bank account, we will coordinate for their logistics provider to promptly collect the shipment.

The payment method is only via bank transfer.
We partner with the four leading and most reliable banks in Greece (Alpha bank, Eurobank, Natonal Bank Greece NBG, Piraeus bank)
Shipping
- Within Attica-Greece, the products are delivered using our own vehicles at no charge to the customer (for orders over €100).
- Outside Athens and throughout the rest of Greece, the products are shipped with charges payable by the recipient, using the transport agency you indicate (the cost of transport from our warehouse to the agency you specify is FREE).
- For customers outside Greece prices are ex works (EXW) from our warehouse address (Sofokleous 172-174, Kallithea, Athens, Greece)
